DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHAINSAW HEREI have no wish to badmouth any business in difficult financial times but please do not take your chainsaw to this location for servicing. Find a bona-fide accredited specialist for your type of saw. I took my 346xp Husqvarna in for fixing and it should have taken no more than a month even with a 2 week delay for ordering parts-I was without my saw for 9 weeks.-The man who works on the saws works off site and comes once per week-When I went back after 3 weeks to check on progress, I found 2 of the nuts from the saw on the floor of the garage near the box that my saw was in-When I picked up the saw the man who worked on it was not there to ask any questions.When it came back after 9 weeks-the saw was not put back together properly. A wire had been ADDED in order to get it to work.-This additional wire was only able to fit (even though it shouldn't have been there) by being trapped in between the cover and the main part of the saw-3 other parts of the saw were not reattached, but just given back to me loose, with an explanation of 'Well it didn't come to us in one piece'-Clutch bearing was dry and would have shortly broken up if I had used the saw at all-The idling speed of the saw was wrong-If I had used the saw after the alleged servicing there would have been SAFETY ISSUES pretty soonIn fairness to the business, they were always polite and honest about the time, but the time was far too long. When I got the saw back and it was in this terrible state, they did not charge me anything as they knew it was not good enough. but I then had to take the saw to a proper accredited repair business for Husqvarna saws and spend 105GBP to fix the problems
