Sheer talent. Annie is one of the finest cake designers, artists, bakers, creators that I've come across. Annie designed our 4 tier beautiful wedding cake, which not only looked immaculate but tasted delicious. Annie completely nailed the brief, over and above what we could have imagined. We had the champagne and strawberry sponge, as well as the chocolate orange Cointreau, delicious. Annie's expertise and professional advice guided us through from beginning to end and I have to say the communication from Annie was fantastic. I would often email late in the evening when I had time after work, and I'd get a detailed reply straight away.Annie, we cannot thank you enough for making our wedding cake absolutely perfect.
